Prof. Catherine Quantin is Head of the Biostatistics and Medical Information Department at Dijon University Hospital and a member of the Inserm Centre for Research in Epidemiology and Population Health (CESP, Paris-Saclay). She is internationally recognized for her expertise in biostatistics, epidemiology, and the analysis of large-scale healthcare databases. She has pioneered innovative methods for health data pseudonymisation and record linkage, including the patented ANONYMAT software, and collaborates with leading international research institutions. Professor Quantin currently coordinates the European SERENA Project (2025–2030), involving 22 partners from 12 countries, to improve health and social care access for vulnerable children. A distinguished researcher and scientific leader, she has authored nearly 600 international publications, including significant contributions to cancer research and public health, and has held leadership roles in several national and international scientific organizations.
