The Chief Editor is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the journal in collaboration with the internal Directorate of publication and the Editorial Board. They are the figurehead of the journal and are responsible for raising the journal’s profile within the community, and ensuring that the content published meets the editorial strategy and policies of the journal, as stated in the journal’s aim and scope. The primary aim of Dinkum Publishers is to make publication easy and affordable for everyone globally. We believe that research is the only key to future innovation. With this vision, we always welcome enthusiasts, head(s) of the department, senior editorial members, senior faculty members, researchers, and professors to come and join as chief editors. It is also pertinent to mention that it will be an intellectual partnership in our vision and an unpaid experience, as the potential Chief Editor will not be bound by any duty. The editorial operations of the journal will handle by an associate editor appointed by the Director Admin of Dinkum Publisher. The Directorate of publication will hold the presence of all Chief Editor and take benefits from their experiences:-

• Represent the journal globally and act like an ambassador for the journal’s scope & aim.
• Work collaboratively with the Director Publication and improve the publishing contents.
• Implement strategies for increasing the number of high-quality submissions.
• Take measures of success for the journal and citations.
• Raise the profile of the journal through active promotion and soliciting high-quality editorials.
• Act as the senior authority on all matters of editorial policy, decisions, and scope, acting with impartiality, confidentiality, and fairness.
• Select and invite appropriately qualified scientists to serve as Editors and Section Editors.

Editorial board members must be peers whose judgment is highly regarded within the journal’s main discipline, or their decisions may not be regarded as valid. Publication number and academic aptitude are the top factors for editorial board membership. The editorial board typically consists of a group of prominent people in the journal’s field. Having an editorial board is very important: they act as ambassadors for journals. It will be an unpaid experience to promote the research culture and motivate the students to get the publication in our journals. All members editorial board will influence the journal by providing assistance in quality publication and remain under the structural hierarchy of Director Publication. We assume the following participation from all potential members editorial board:

• Identifying new topics for commissions and special editions and advising on the direction of the journal.
• To give feedback on past issues and make suggestions for both subject matter and potential authors.
• Provide editorials and other short articles on hot topics.
• Approaching potential contributors and researchers to get a publication.
• Peer review; also help to identify peer reviewers and provide second opinions on papers.
• Identify appropriate conferences for editors to attend.
• Endorse the journal to authors, readers, and subscribers and encourage colleagues to submit their best work.

Advisory Board Members are the ones with important think tanks towards policy, management, and development of whole publishing activities. Each Advisory Board Member has a prime role in maintaining the publication’s integrity. All Members Advisory Board will influence our whole publication process, quality, and credulity by providing suggestions and recommendations. It will be honorary participation in the policy-making where all prestigious vice chancellor(s), director(s), deans(s), HoD(s), Professor(s), and most senior and influential person(s) will make a contribution in promotion of research culture :-

• Advisory Board Members are requested to express their view regarding the publications, whether it falls under the contemporary scope or not.
• Guidance towards the publication to always improve the aim and scope in the relevant field.
• Exhibit your opinion on all the journals’ direction and performance.
• Provide subject-specific support.
